Works update - South East & East Team - September 2023

We're pleased to provide an overview and update for the works currently being delivered by our South East & East team.

Pre-works update for works to Gauldie Way, Standon:

Issues surrounding the boilers following gas surveys carried out
Works accelerated due to issues at Play Hatch, some minor enabling works e.g. trees
Welfare problem following on from pre-delivery of works

Works update:

All roofs are now complete and scaffold has been struck
Welfare unit removed from site and area cleared
Roofers reported several of the downpipes are blocked below ground, reported to Clarion and awaiting further instructions as to if Clarion maintenance are dealing with it or Equans are
