Equans is the leading provider of regeneration services in the UK - covering everything from community regeneration and refurbishment to repairs, maintenance and housing development. We're passionate about creating vibrant, efficient and sustainable communities, using integrated energy and services which make a real difference to people's lives.

The areas covered under this partnership include, East Anglia, North West, Yorkshire, Midlands and the South West.
Clarion is the landlord to over 125,000 homes, and the long-term maintenance of those homes on behalf of its residents is a major priority for the group. Clarion's planned investment programme is a significant part of the long-term maintenance plan; and our partnership model enables us to deliver at scale, add value and maintains resilience through challenging market conditions.
Our long-term partnership arrangements enables us to be agile in our approach and delivery to programmed works. We work collaboratively across the partnership as a whole and have an embedded learning culture. This can be seen in our tailoring of engagement with residents across differing projects and work streams; how we deliver large volumes of work across all of our regions; and our use of innovation and lessons learnt to continually improve our partnership.
What the partnership achieved across all regions and partnering contractors in 2021/22:
- Key investment projects to blocks, communal areas and estates
- 12.766 component elements installed
- Total investment of £11.5m

Hertfordshire school students complete work experience
Students from a school in Hertfordshire have been given the opportunity to undertake work experience with Equans.
On June 24th a group of students from Birchwood High School in Bishops Stortford started their week long work experience placement with Equans as part of our social value offering to Clarion Housing Group.
The work experience gives students a chance to experience a taste of the construction industry without the risks that exist on a live building site.
During the week, students were taught basic plumbing and painting skills and underwent valuable pre-employment training with our in-house TAG Officer, Helena Hamilton, before putting their new learnt skills to the test helping to renovate the dining room at Age.
"It was a great day and the students were lovely! It was a pleasure to be part of such an inspiring week." Helena Hamilton, Trainee Apprentice and Graduate Officer for Equans
At the end of the week, Clarion's Regional Director, Gary Coultish attended to present the students with their completion certificates.
