Site update: October 2020

We are making great progress on site; the new Energy Centre is now fully complete, and all equipment has been installed. It is now just awaiting the electrical connection from UKPN to bring it fully on-line.

Block A is now fully scaffolded and enclosed with monarflex. External walls now have metsec and windows and the external brickwork is progressing. The roof and terraces are now fully waterproofed, and we started to form internal walls for all of the individual flats and corridors.

The external walls, windows and brickwork in Blocks B-E are progressing beyond the 1^st floors. The roof and terraces are being waterproofed, and we have also we started to form internal walls for the individual flats.

Block F is currently awaiting the removal of the existing substation before we can commence the frame. At present this has been re-programmed to commence at the beginning of 2021.
