Will I have access to my balcony?

There will be a time when you may not be able to access your balcony, however you will be given adequate notice via the site team. We will endeavour to provide times and dates.

Will you need to access my home?

We may need to take spaces within car park areas for the site setup installation. Where possible we will be respectful of disabled parking etc.

Yes, the building will be improved by the new cladding and have a different appearance.

Will we get a certificate to say the cladding is fire rated?

This is something you will need to discuss with Southern Housing. However, all works carried out will be done to regulations and certified, where required.

Southern Housing may take the opportunity to address any minor repair issues, however, the focus of the works being undertaken by Equans is fire safety.
