Noel Park Pod & Major Works Project

Equans has been selected by Haringey Council to deliver their Noel Park major works and pod replacement project, which includes major works to tenanted properties, as well as, 116 modular bathroom pods.

Equans will be carrying out various surveys to establish the scope of works and develop the design for the modular pods that will be subject to planning approval. Once all approvals are granted, Equans will be able to provide a detailed programme of works and further consultations will be arranged with residents.

Residents of Noel Park in Haringey, will benefit from Equans' services and experience as we undergo a series of replacement and refurbishment works to the area to improve properties and reduce carbon levels at and around Noel Park.

What benefits can Noel Park and local residents expect:

  • Refurbishment works to more than 240 dwellings (repairs and redecorations)
  • Community value: Small DIY works and local community sessions for residents
  • Reduced carbon footprint which improves air quality in the area

  • Experienced Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) to support you during the works

Before works commence we will carry out a pre-construction survey. It's critical that access is allowed for all surveys, failure to provide access may result in delays to the project and works within your home.

In the first instance we would ask that all queries or questions relating to works being carried out by Equans are directed to your appointed Resident Liaison Officer(s). Their contact details can be found within the 'Meet the Team' sections. 

As an alternative you can also submit a question on the website here. We aim to respond to all questions within 7 working days of being submitted, however if you query is urgent please call your Resident Liaison Officer who will be happy to happy.
