Project Update - July 2021

Progress on the Cooks Lane project is going very well. We currently have 32 homes occupied and a further 17 homes ready for occupation.

We are currently working to deliver a further 27 homes within the coming months.

This will complete the upper section of the project and we will be concentrating on completing the landscaped areas and re-align the security fencing.

Within the next few months we will complete the first apartment block names “Mill Way” Apartments, situated on the corner of Cooks Lane with a further 27 homes within the block.
