What is an RLO?

Your RLO (Resident Liaison Officer) is your first point of contact every step of the way.  They are here to help you between the hours of 8am and 5pm – Monday to Friday. Please do not hesitate to contact them at any point.

When are you coming to do my survey?

You should have received a letter that details the contact number to call and make this appointment.  We will give a slot of AM or PM on a day that suits you.  If you should need a specific time slot, then please let the call handler know this.

When happens if I have an appointment and no one turns up?

Call us straight away, please do not leave it for hours before contacting your RLO.  If someone is not there within half an hour then please call us and we will call the surveyor to find out what is going on for you. We will then report back to you to so you are aware. The sooner you do this, the sooner we will be able to get it sorted for you.

How do I make a complaint?

Please speak with your RLO.  We encourage all communications whether it is face to face, e mail, text or phone call.  We will take your complaint seriously and conduct investigations, we will then report back to you our findings.

How do I let you know if I am happy with everything that has been done?

We are always happy to hear that you are happy.  So please drop a note / letter, e mail or text to your RLO. These letters are always appreciated. We also have a feedback sheet that enables you to praise us, so please ask your RLO.
