Equans is delighted to be partnering with Gentoo to lead on the refurbishment of a number of their homes in Washington. Works will include the following improvements:

• DPI Installation (if required)
• Kitchen Replacement
• Rewire
• Associated works.

Your Resident Liaison Officer, Lynn Johnson and Ruth McMormick will inform you of what will be happening in your home.

We will work closely with Gentoo to keep you up to date with every element of the works process and ensure you have plenty of information available. We want to make sure you always feel comfortable with what is happening in your home.

It is expected that the work to your home will take approximately 3 weeks to complete. Your Resident Liaison Officer will be available to support and answer any questions you might have throughout the course of the works.
