Demolition works nearing completion

Generally we are complete on the soft strip (this includes clearance of internal fixtures and finishes prior to demolition).

Asbestos removal is nearing completion and removal of the roof sheeting is underway prior to structural demolition.

The loading bay has been completely demolished, service disconnections are underway and protection scaffolding has now been erected to the site perimeter.
