July works update

Works are progressing well on site with FP McCann now having completed the cladding panels to the lower and upper ground floor insitu frame. We have now commenced with the offsite manufactured first floor structural insulated panels which arrive to site fully finished, with brick cladding complete, coloured concrete, windows, even down to the ventilation grilles.

We are rapidly installing first floor internal walls, stair cores and now have the first of the second floor slabs in place.
