March works update

Oliver Connell have now completed their works on site consisting of piling, basement frame, LGF & UGF frame columns. Their works then moved onto the 1.5m thick transfer slab, the final section of the traditional concrete frame was finished to level 2 in so allowing the site team to begin the snagging process.

Rascor structural waterproofers concluded their works to the basement through the injection channel process which consists of injection acrylic resin into the construction joints, kickers and headers within the basement to ensure water cannot penetrate into the building.

March has seen FP McCann / GPS begin their works on site. The package consists of the installation of precast panels and we are currently installing LGF upstand and column cladding panels. From there, the installation will progress up the building with external insulated panels, internal walls and floor slabs all being delivered ready for installation from FP McCanns Byley facility.
