Oliver Connell appointed as primary subcontractor

Oliver Connell & Son Ltd have been appointed to undertake the enabling works and construction phase up to level 2 at Glengall Road. Their planned works commence from January 2022 to March 2023.

In agreement with Southwark Borough Council the permitted site working hours are between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm Saturday.

As the works progress, Oliver Connell with provide monthly updates with regards to their work activities, out of hours deliveries and programme duration.
