Our commitment to training and employment at Glengall Road

Equans is committed to supporting the development and growth of talent within the construction industry and we offer a variety of routes into employment with them, including work experience placements, training opportunities, a graduate programme and apprenticeships.

Working in partnership with our client, London School of Economics, we have set out our commitments for providing training and employment opportunities for local residents, they include the following:

• To place a minimum of 44 unemployed residents from the local borough into sustained employment within the construction industry
• To train a minimum of 44 residents from the local borough using short courses
• To provide a minimum of 11 new construction industry apprenticeships or NVQ start.
