Site update: November 2020

The external envelope to five blocks are well underway and progressing toward the roofs. Waterproofing works to the roof and terrace areas are complete to three blocks with the two remaining blocks nearing completion. Internal works are progressing well with the individual flat fitout moving on.

The next milestone will be the commencement of the UKPN, which we are hoping to start prior to the Christmas break. This is the completion of all the cabling works from the existing UKPN substation into the newly formed energy centre, which will provide services to the new development as well as provide power to the surrounding properties.
