An update on our works - December 2023

Welcome to your first works update - this is where we will regularly update you on our progress with the works being undertaken at Iveagh House.

These updates are provided by members of the site team and are always as up to date as possible, however If you have any queries, questions or concerns about the works please contact your appointed Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), Ayo Adagunodo on 07890 630 331.

It is our intention to provide a regular update to the residents at Iveagh House as to what works have taken place and what works are upcoming.

Our progress to date:

Throughout December we started the following works:

• External brickwork/concrete repairs
• External balcony floor coatings
• Internal remedial works to various properties
• Installation of new HIU cupboards within communal areas

Upcoming works throughout January:

• Installation of new kitchen fans
• Installation of new Juliet balconies
• Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) to communal areas

Important information:

The Equans RLO, Ayo and Guinness Customer Officer are available at the Community Hall, Monday to Friday during the following hours: 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. They are available to visit and have face-to-face conversations.
