An update on our works - March 2024

Welcome to our latest works update for Iveagh House.

These updates are provided by members of the site team and are always as up to date as possible, however If you have any queries, questions or concerns about the works please contact your appointed Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), Ayo Adagunodo on 07890 630 331.

It is our intention to provide a regular update to the residents at Iveagh House as to what works have taken place and what works are upcoming.

Our progress throughout March:

• Roof replacement works to the Annexe building are 90% complete
• The new veranda balconies, electrical works and fire system works are ongoing
• We have completed one of the three new window surrounds on the Annexe building
• We are 85% complete on all the accessible balconies (full size and Juliet's)
• Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs) to the Centre and Annexe building stairwells are 70% complete
• The painting of the concrete to the main building is approximately 50% complete

Works due to commence in April:

• Lightening protection to Annexe building
• Pilot works for the sprinklers
• Pilot flat for kitchen and bathroom fan
• AOVs to the north staircase

Important information:

The Equans RLO, Ayo and Guinness Customer Liaison Officer are available at the Community Hall, Monday to Friday during the following hours: 8am-12pm and 2pm-5pm. They are available to visit and have face-to-face conversations.
