We're closing for the festive holidays!
We would like to inform you that our Mill Court site will be shutting for the festive holiday from Monday 23rd December and re-opening on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
In the event of an emergency during this period, please continue to use our dedicated out of hours number - 0800 328 7244.
If you see any unauthorised people trying to access the scaffold or our site during this period, please call the police.
From everyone in the Mill Court site team, we hope you enjoy the festive break.

Works update - November 2024
Welcome to your works update on our progress with the works being undertaken at Mill Court.

Welcome to your November newsletter - it is our intention to provide a regular update to residents at Mill Court as to what works have taken place and what works are upcoming. In between these updates the site team will be contacting you to make appointments for any surveys or works that need to be done to the outside or near your flat.
Our progress update:
- Your windows are now being replaced as part of the fire remediation works.
- Leaves have been cleaned from guttering's and from outside the front entrance.
- We have a new site labourer, please welcome Kofi.
- Cladding colour surveys have been sent to all residents.
Further information:
Over the next four to six weeks:
- There will be a letter out to explain the details for the intrusive survey.
- There will still be a couple of locations to strip the cladding where the gas pipes are.
- Workers will be continuing to strip the OSB board and replacing it with new Y wall.
- Window design should be signed off so this can be ordered.
- There will be a cutting station near the rear hoist. so this will be closed off, and used for cutting materials.
