An update on our works...

We're pleased to provide you with an update on the works being carried out at Noel Park, if you have any queries or concerns please contact your appointed Resident Liaison Officers, Lyn and Sonja.

During December 2022 we were focusing on upgrading the voids that we had been given for decant purposes. Five were fully completed and furnished and we completed the remaining four voids in January from the original nine we had been given.

We have now been handed three more void properties and we are currently surveying these to determine what works will need to be carried out - these works will be completed in early February 2023.

Currently six residents have been decanted into these void properties, and works are taking place within the residents' homes at a good rate.

The 26th of January saw us craning in the first pod of the year, the lift was successful and we are looking to complete the remaining works by 3rd February, with the resident moving back into their property by 6th February. The next lift is scheduled for 27th January.

The freezing temperatures caused a delay on the scheduled asbestos strip at 97 and 99 Moselle Avenue. The reason for this was because the decontamination unit used by the asbestos removal team had frozen. Due to this, the programme had to be revised and re-issued.
