Modular factory visit provides insight into manufacturing process

Equans and Haringey visit factory for insight into manufacturing process for modular pods used on Noel Park scheme.

In May, Equans and the Haringey project team visited the ModularWise factory in Herefordshire for an opportunity to observe the manufacturing process of the double storey modular extensions which are soon to be installed to the rear of the properties at Gladstone Avenue.

During the visit they were shown around the factory, which provided more of an insight into each manufacturing stage. It was great to see how each process was completed, which enabled those present to have a good understanding into the amount of work required to produce each modular extension. It was evident that a lot of care and attention is given into manufacturing these extensions and the finished product reflects this.

Overall, the feedback from the visit was very positive, and we are looking forward to having these installed into residents' homes within the next month.
