Kingfisher Court Resident Newsletter - February 2024
Welcome to our latest works update for our progress with the works being undertaken at Kingfisher Court.
These updates are provided by members of the site team and are always as up to date as possible, however If you have any queries, questions or concerns about the works please contact your appointed Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), Chantel Burton on 07816 126 935.
Welcome to your February newsletter - this is a way for us to keep you up date with all the work that has been going on so far and what we expect to achieve going forward.
Our progress to date:
The cladding contractor has completed 90% of the de-construction works. Preparation work has commenced to install additional studs and Y wall board.
Security: We have added additional fencing to help prevent access, by unauthorised persons, from the alleyway onto the scaffold. There is a security alarm in place that is activated every evening. Please remain vigilant and if any trespassers are seen on the scaffold, immediately call the police.
Further information:
If you notice any new damage in your property please report this to the site team. A member of the site team will attend your property, carry out an investigation and log their findings, for subsequent action. If any works are required, these will be addressed at the end of the project.
We are still awaiting your ideas on ways to renew the back garden area, post-project.
Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) update:
A new RLO will be on site next month. A letter detailing the new RLO's contact details will be sent out to all residents.
