Kingfisher Court Resident Newsletter - November 2023

Welcome to our latest works update for our progress with the works being undertaken at Kingfisher Court.

These updates are provided by members of the site team and are always as up to date as possible, however If you have any queries, questions or concerns about the works please contact your appointed Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), Chantel Burton on 07816 126 935.

Welcome to your November newsletter - this is a way for us to keep you up date with all the work that has been going on so far and what we expect to achieve going forward.

Our progress to date:

We would like to thank all residents for their continued patience as the works carry on.

Scaffolding is now nearing full completion and once done, letters will be sent out to residents, advising when stripping of the existing cladding will commence.

Ideas for renewing the garden:

We welcome ideas you may have for post-project on ways to renew the back garden area - for example, garden gnome, birdfeeders etc.

Monthly resident's meeting:

We would like to invite you all to the next resident's meeting on 4th December.

We will be holding the pre-works presentation on Monday 4th December from 12-1.30pm at Southern Housing, Grosvenor House, 125 High Street, CR0 9XP.

During the meeting, there will be an opportunity to provide your views, any concerns and ask questions. Representatives from both Equans and Southern Housing will be present.
