Osprey Court Resident Newsletter - January 2024

Welcome to our latest works update for our progress with the works being undertaken at Osprey Court.

These updates are provided by members of the site team and are always as up to date as possible, however If you have any queries, questions or concerns about the works please contact your appointed Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), Chantel Burton on 07816 126 935.


Happy new year and welcome to your January newsletter - this is a way for us to keep you up date with all the work that has been going on so far and what we expect to achieve going forward.

Our progress to date:

Stripping works have been completed to 75% of the building. We are awaiting confirmation from the landowner to the side of the building by Laud Street to receive permission to erect scaffold to complete de-construction works.

We are due to commence construction works to the areas that have been stripped in the coming weeks.

We have now covered areas with Monaflex where we have removed external wall insulation.

We welcome ideas you may have for post-project on ways to renew the back garden area - for example, garden gnome, birdfeeders etc. We will also mount a whiteboard in the entrance hall for your updates on the project.

As we are carrying our work on your private balconies, we ask for your cooperation by clearing all your personal belongings from it.

Monthly resident's meeting:

We would like to invite you all to the next resident's meeting on Tuesday 20th February 2024.

The meeting will take place from 6-6.30pm on Microsoft Teams - an invite link will be sent out to you shortly.

During the meeting, there will be an opportunity to provide your views, any concerns and ask questions. Representatives from both Equans and Southern Housing will be present.
