Resident respite facilities now available!
New respite facilities are now available for all residents of Osprey Court and Kingfisher Court.
Every resident deserves a break and a place to sit comfortably, meet with staff and have a one-to-one chat on the ongoing works.

Our respite room has Wi-Fi availability, a television, tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. It is a place to:
- Sit and have a cup of coffee, tea and biscuits while watching television
- Discuss issues relating to the ongoing works
- Get information about the day-to-day work activities on site via our Bulletin Boards

These facilities are available to use Monday to Friday, between 9am and 3pm and can be booked via your Resident Liaison Officer.
