Working with Riverside to improve your home

Project Update

We are delighted to advise that the above Project will now commence in February 2024 following some minor delays which we have now resolved. It’s great news and we look forward to posting updates as the project progresses.

Why are photographs being taken of the works and my property?

Throughout the works the Team will be required to undertake photographs of various retrofit measures to demonstrate compliance and evidence that the works have been completed to the required standard. Only when the photographs have been taken and reviewed the Team will be able to demonstrate the completion of the energy efficiency improvements to the required PAS30/35 standard. All photographic evidence captured before, during and upon completion will be stored in accordance with GDPR guidance. If you have any concerns regarding this please speak to your Customer Experience Liaison Officer who will be happy to help.

Riverside has contracted Equans – a leading construction and sustainable refurbishment company – to carry out a number of different works in your home, which includes: External Wall Insulation, roof structure work and some small external modifications in your garden.

We’re hopeful that these works won’t cause too much disruption to you, and we’re confident that you’ll feel the benefits once we’re finished from having a warmer home that takes less energy to heat.

At the moment, we are still confirming the dates for when we’ll start work in your property, but before then you’re welcome to get in touch with the team if you have any questions or concerns.

We’ll be keeping in regular contact as we begin to get ready to start works, as well as when we’re on site working. This will predominantly be through sending letters to your home, but we also have this website where you can keep track of what’s happening, and find handy explainer videos about the works in your home.
