New letter: Section 6 Render & Cladding Removal - Balcony Clearance

We are writing to inform you, as from Thursday 12th January, Equans will commence with the removal of the existing render and cladding from Section 6 from the podium level upwards.

The flats directly affected by the removal of render and cladding works are as follows:

Flat Nos: 1,2,4,5,6,8,9,10,12,13,14,16,17,18,20,21,22,24,25,27,28,29,32,33,34,38,39,40,44,45,46,50,51,52,56,5758,,62,63,
64,68,70,73,74,77,78,81,82,85,86,89,90,93,94.

IMPORTANT: Podium level flats, please keep your doors closed at all times and do not access your podium terrace, especially during working hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Very importantly, could you please ensure that all personal belongings i.e. bicycles, plants, garden sets, storage boxes, sheds, bird netting, bird spikes etc. are cleared to allow for works. Please be advised that Equans cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused to items that have not been cleared.
