New letter: Zinc stripping on Sections 5 & 6

We are writing to inform you, that we have started stripping the remaining Zinc panels from the high levels starting on Section 5 then moving onto Section 6. We anticipate these works to be completed in approximately three weeks, weather permitting.
To facilitate these works, access will be required onto your balcony/terrace. We will be working directly on your balcony/terrace and around lounge and bedrooms windows. For your privacy, please keep curtains and blinds closed. To minimise any dust particles going into your property, closing windows could help prevent his, but it's the resident's responsibility and choice in taking in preventative measure.
Very importantly, could you please ensure that all personal belongings i.e. bicycles, plants, garden sets etc. are cleared to allow for works. Please be advised that Equans cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of personal items that have not been cleared.
