New letter: Zinc stripping works commencing (1-218)

We are writing to inform you that from Monday 19th June, one of our newly appointed subcontractors, PJ Foley will start stripping off the zinc panels ahead of replacement works. The stripping of the zinc panels will continue on the main façade of the building, then drop back onto the higher level recessed properties. We anticipate these works to be completed in approximately three weeks, weather permitting.

Please also note that our forklift and skip will be returning to site, week commencing Monday 19th June 2023.

To facilitate these works, access will be required onto your balcony/terrace. We will be working directly on your balcony/terrace and around lounge and bedroom windows. For your own privacy, please keep curtains and blinds closed.
