Warburton Terrace, Walthamstow E17 4LG

Site information - This project involves the demolition of existing bungalows (1-20 Warburton Terrace) and the construction of 43 new homes, consisting of 27 Houses and 16 Flats. The flats will be built with a concrete frame whilst the houses will be constructed using a timber frame system. There will also be 23 parking spaces and a new road layout.

Construction update – The external building envelope to the area A houses is complete along with the front of the area B houses is complete and the scaffold has been struck.

Internally within block A apartments we are progressing well, with painting, floor laying and carpentry works ongoing. The delayed block B apartments have now been ‘topped out’ and the envelope and internal works are being progressed simultaneously.
