Fire stopping works

Further to the letter recently sent to you regarding fire stopping works, please see full details below.

On 31st August, Equans commenced communal fire stopping surveys within your block, these works involve undertaking intrusive surveys of communal areas to ascertain the presence of existing firestopping.

We will make every effort to minimise any hazards within the communal areas, such a strip hazards and loose materials, however, we ask that you take extra care and supervise children within thee areas whilst this work is being carried out.

Access to your home will not be required for these works.

Please ensure that any personal items i.e. plants, bicycles, door mats etc. are removed from the communal areas as we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused.
