Your refurbishment

We realise that having work carried out can be inconvenient, so we'll do everything we can to ensure we minimise any disruption.

What to expect

The proposed work being carried out will vary greatly from home to home depending on the needs of each individual property, so you may have different work carried out to your neighbour. Throughout the work, we'll have a team of people working in and/or around your home. This will normally consist of a Site Manager, a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) and one or more specialist sub-contractors.

Getting prepared

We will need access to your home between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday for the work to be carried out. We will discuss arrangements with you.

In any instances where you can't be at home or arrange for someone to be there, EQUANS 
offers a key holding service which you can speak to your RLO about.

Colour choices

EQUANS will be completing surveys before the work to your home begins. You'll be given a choice of design and colour for certain work, such as kitchens and bathrooms (kitchen units, worktops, tiling, flooring and decoration).

Below you can see the colour choices available, however your RLO will be able to provide further information if needed.
