To make sure you can keep up to date with everything going on, and access any documents you've been given by your Customer Experience Liaison Officer (CELO), this web portal has been set up, which you can access any time.

Always remember to check IDs!
To make sure you stay safe, you should ask to see the ID badge of anyone knocking on your door and asking to go inside your home. If they can’t show an ID badge, or it looks fake, don’t let them come in.
Some tips on what to look for:
- Make sure the badge has a photo, and it matches the person at the door
- Their name, job title and company name should be clearly visible on the front. It should have contact details e.g. phone number or email address
- The badge should look professional, not scruffy or rough round the edges
