Works update - August 2024

Welcome to our site works update for August

August has seen the continuation of progress throughout the east wing, and new entrance area.

Mechanical and electrical (M&E) works are now almost complete in risers making way for fireproofing to take place, fire dampers within the ceiling voids are near completion and plastering has started within flats enabling bathrooms and kitchens to progress.

Work on the east wing 5th floor is also in full swing, plaster boarding to mansard timbers and MVHR connections are moving along nicely.

As always, we apologies for any inconveniences arising from our works.

Remedial works: Equans is keen to fix any issue with the installation in your new homes. In terms of doing this smoothly, please contact Alex Da Costa, your Scheme Manager as your first point of contact - he will then raise any issues with us.

What to expect in August:

East wing:

• Commencement of kitchen and bathrooms
• Closing of risers
• Closing of walls and ceilings
• Plastering to walls and ceilings

New lobby entrance:

• Installation of new central core steel works to lobby lift

North wing:

• Continued design related planning and surveys

West wing:

• Progression of ground floor west wing areas, and progression of garden/landscaping areas
• Progression of timber works to new entrance
