Works update - May 2024

Welcome to our site works update for May

May has seen the continuation of progress throughout the east and west wing areas. The MVHR (ventilation system) platform has now been installed, the new entrance steel work has been completed and the garden area has been prepped for progression of the works.

You will still see workmen in the lift area on the staircase lobbies so please do take care when passing these areas until works have been completed. A banksman will always be in place to ensure your safety during these works.

As always, we apologise for any inconvenience arising from our works.

Remedial works: Equans is keen to fix any issue with the installation in your new homes. In terms of doing this smoothly, please contact Alex Da Costa, your Scheme Manager as your first point of contact - he will then raise any issues with us.

What to expect in May:

East wing:

• Completion of M&E services
• Closing of risers
• Closing of walls and ceilings

New lobby entrance:

• Installation of new central core lobby lift

North wing:

• Continued design related planning and surveys

West wing:

• Completion of ground floor west wing areas, and progression of garden/landscaping areas
