EQUANS support ELSA Next Generation Day by delivering careers talk

In April, three volunteers from EQUANS joined other business leaders to inspire pupils at Hitchin Boys School to help support another ELSA Next Generation Day.

The EQUANS volunteers worked with more than 200 students to deliver essential CV skills training, interview advice, mock interviews and career talks.

Feedback from students and teachers was absolutely first class with Jane Shipley from ELSA Next Generation saying: "I had 32 students come up at the end and thank me. You are all really incredibly kind, genuine individuals who care about young people. It was an absolute joy to have you on the day and I cannot thank you enough. We work with all audiences and they all need this type of engagement. We'd love to have you back at another ELSA Next Generation Day."
