Resident Satisfaction
TLF have been appointed by Clarion to provide a consistent and informative approach to gain the feedback by way of resident satisfaction surveys, thus taking this process away from EQUANS to gain a non-biased reflection of how you found the works.
A selection of residents will be contacted at random by telephone to gain their feedback and this will then be reported back to Clarion and EQUANS for analysis. You may be asked your name and address but you are able to answer anonymously if you wish.
It is important to remember, should you be contacted, that these questions relate only to the works you had completed by EQUANS and not any ongoing issues you may have with Clarion.
