Equans Murdishaw Refurbishment Scheme

Equans is delighted to be partnering with Onward Homes to support the improvement works to 132 homes in Murdishaw, enhancing their overall energy efficiency. To complete this work, Equans has been instructed to carry out the following to your home:

• Environmental sensors
• External insulation to the walls and roof
• High-performance glazing, uPVC windows and doors
• Double-glazed skylights
• Mechanical ventilation

We will also enhance the performance of your home by installing:

• High-performance roof with improved drainage
• Rendering to the front sheds
• New timber shed doors
• LED amenity lighting above the front doors

We will work closely with Onward to keep you up to date with every element of the works process and ensure you have plenty of information available. We will continue to communicate throughout the improvement works so you know what is happening in your home.

It is expected that the works will commence in October 2022 and will finish by March 2023. Your Resident Liaison Officer, Paul Hesketh, will be available to support and answer any questions you might have throughout the course of the works.
