Resident update - July 2024

Welcome to our site works update for July

If you have any queries about the works being carried out please speak to your allocated Resident Liaison Officer, Carole on 07880 786 442.

Our progress so far:

• The breather membrane to the building is now complete
• We are installing fire barriers and continue to fit the metal framework, which is the C-channels, brackets and T-profile for the Hardie Plank and STO-Ventec system - this is going extremely well

Our next steps:

• The next stage is to install the STO-Ventec render rainscreen system, Hardie Plank and insulation
• We have now received the drawings from the structural engineers and are waiting for the approval of the architects

Resident evening meeting: We will be holding a resident meeting via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 31st July from 6-7pm. You are all invited and an email invitation will be sent out closer to the time. We look forward to seeing you.

Our respite room:

• Place for residents to discuss issues relating to the ongoing works, have tea or coffee and biscuits while watching television
• Place to get an update on day-to-day work activities on site via our bulletin board and microsite
• Place to register your comments, suggestions, complaints and compliments through our suggestion box

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Windows/Doors/Clothes - We would kindly like to remind everyone to keep their windows and doors closed and to remove clothes from the balcony, especially when works are being carried out around that specific area (due to potential but not anticipated noise/debris/dust etc.) to retain your privacy.
