Resident update - June 2024

Welcome to our site works update for June

If you have any queries about the works being carried out please speak to your allocated Resident Liaison Officer, Carole on 07880 786 442.

Our progress so far:

• We are still in the process of installing breather membrane to the building which is progressing very well and is currently 50% complete
• We have started and are now continuing with the fitting of the metal framework, which is the C channels, brackets and T-profile for the hardie plank and STO-Ventec system - this is progressing smoothly

Our next steps:

• Install the STO-Ventec Render Rainscreen System, hardie plank and insulation
• Reports on the balconies are done and we are now currently waiting for the drawings from the Structural Engineers

Resident evening meeting: We will be holding a resident meeting via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 17th July from 6-7pm. You are all invited and an email invitation will be sent out closer to the time. We look forward to seeing you.

Our respite room:

• Place for residents to discuss issues relating to the ongoing works, have tea or coffee and biscuits while watching television
• Place to get an update on day-to-day work activities on site via our bulletin board and microsite
• Place to register your comments, suggestions, complaints and compliments through our suggestion box

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Windows/Doors/Clothes - We would kindly like to remind everyone to keep their windows and doors closed and to remove clothes from the balcony, especially when works are being carried out around that specific area (due to potential but not anticipated noise/debris/dust etc.) to retain your privacy.
