Questions asked during the meeting:
Q: What are we waiting for with stage 4 and what is stage 4?

Stage 4 is the final design information from specialist cladding contractors based on stage 3 designs / drawings and comments from engineers/consultants to manufacture and construct the project.
Q: Will the gardens / areas be re-instated?
A: Yes, the gardens will be re-instated. In the meantime we will cut the grass and tidy up the garden areas. Cutting of the grass is weather dependent as we cannot cut grass if it is raining, or the grass is wet.
Q: Why have we only completed 98% of the gas surveys and not 100%?
A: There are a couple of properties that we have not managed to gain access to.
Q: Why was the fire alarms tested in Hallam and Olivia Court?
A: The purpose of the test was to provide information as to how the building fire precautions operate together in an emergency, such as escape routes and distances operation and efficiency of the smoke ventilation, compartmentation lines of fire resistance, means to alert occupants of a fire. Please note the fire alarm test was a silent test.
