Olivia Court Resident Meeting Minutes - May 2024

We are pleased to share the minutes from our last resident meeting for Olivia Court residents held on 29th May 2024.

As a reminder, if you have any queries, questions or concerns regarding the works being undertaken by Equans please direct them to your appointed Resident Liaison Officer, Fred Bygrave.

Last month's key steps:

• Scaffolding completed
• Stage 4 design in progress
• Fire Engineer on site testing the smoke alarms on 15th May
• Fire Strategy Plan was also completed on 15th May

Next month's key steps:

• Stripping of CP board / insulation and replaced with new insulation and fire rated boarding
• Stage 4 design issued
