Equans has successfully been appointed as main contractor to undertake major regeneration works at Chelsea Court.

As per Peabody's requirements, Equans is undertaking internal remodelling of the block and complete refurbishment of the 71 self-contained flats with new communal facilities, main entrance, fire escape link bridge, vehicle and pedestrian entrance, terrace, landscaping and new roof.

We are also renewing internal elements including doors, kitchens, bathrooms, ceilings, flooring, mechanical, heating, water supply, electrical, lifts, fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire compartmentation, care alarm and door entry IRS/4G system as well as a new Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system.

The scheme is split into three phases; Phase 1 includes works to the West Wing, Phase 2 to the East Wing and finally Phase 3 to the North Wing.

    Please note: A defect is where an item in your home does not meet the expected standard of quality.

    For example, loss of heating or water is considered a defect. Paint chips or scratches on your wall are not considered a defect.

    If a defect has been caused as a direct result of damage or work carried out by you or a contractor you have hired, you will have to pay our costs for carrying out the necessary repairs.
