  • Olivia Court Works Update - February 2024

Welcome to your latest works update - this is where we will regularly update you on our progress with the works being undertaken at Olivia Court.

If you have any queries, questions or concerns about the works please contact your appointed Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), Michael Olaadedini on 07402 861 522.

It is our intention to provide a regular update to the residents at Olivia Court as to what works have taken place and what works are upcoming. In between these updates the site team will be contacting you to make appointments for any surveys or works that need to be done to the outside of near your flat.

    Our progress to date:

    • New site office is now based at 2 Hallam Court
    • Stripped back to OSB board (wood panel) and monoflex
    • The respite is now open for bookings - please reach out to Michael or Ameera at the site office to secure your booking

    Important information:

Windows: We would like to remind everyone to keep their windows closed (due to potential but not anticipated noise/debris/dust etc.) as well as the privacy element. The make of the insulation to the rear is EPS which is very light and can easily be blown back into your property.

Scaffold Health & Safety Risk: We would also like to remind residents not to smoke on their balconies and throw cigarette butts on the scaffold along with other items such as rubbish, toys etc. Unfortunately, cigarettes and cigarette butts can easily be blown back into the building and/or onto the scaffold or existing cladding and cause a fire.

  • Equans spread festive cheer with hamper and selection box donations

To help spread some festive cheer this Christmas, members of the Equans site team including Resident Liaison Officer, Michael surprised a number of residents with a Christmas themed hamper and selection boxes for children.

The lucky residents were chosen at random and on 20th December they received a surprise visit from Michael with their amazing hamper prize full to the brim with a variety of festive treats and goodies.
