  • Hallam Court Meeting - slides and minutes now available

Thank you to everyone that attended our Resident's Meeting on 27th September 2023 for Hallam Court. Slides from the presentation are now available along with a copy of the minutes.

Minutes from Hallam Court Resident's Meeting held on 27th September 2023:

The meeting was chaired by representatives from both Southern Housing and Equans.

A resident asked: Are you going to clean the windows after the completion of the project?
Answer: Certainly, we are going to clean the windows after the completion of the project - Equans will carry out a full clean of the windows and frames.

A resident asked: Why do we need the respite?
Answer: During the remedial works, essentially power tools will be used by the operatives and there will be noise coming out from the tools. The respite will serve as a place where the residents can escape the noise, works without noise interruptions, or just relax.

Both Southern Housing and Equans informed the residents that they will always notify the residents via the Resident Liaison Officer, of any new updates on the project.

Conclusively, representatives from Southern Housing and Equans appreciate the residents for their support during this ongoing project.
